BuildMax works for owner builders by:

• Providing guidance and support as a means to navigate the residential design/build process from early design to occupancy;
• Offering information on recommended lenders that offer up to 100% construction loans (with land equity equity to a minimum of 20% down) on land, materials, labor, permits, fees, closing costs ;
• Realizing there’s no best way to create a home plan so you enjoy the freedom to choose a stock plan, work with a residential designer, or hire an architect;
• Emphasizing the full range of methods to construct a home, including modular, panelized, stick-frame, concrete, steel and log as well as a variety of local suppliers and lumber yards in your vicinity;
• Insisting that owner builders choose the trade contractors that work best for them or work with family members to do-it-yourself when feasible.
