| Can I buy my materials from a local
supplier? |

BuildMax allows you to purchase materials from any source.
We can allow our clients to save money because we do not make
money on a material package. |

OB#1 never allows the client to purchase materials locally because
that's how they make their money. They can add up to $25K in a
material package. |

OB#2 does not allow you to purchase locally because they too make
money on materials. |

OB#3 would prefer you buy materials from a so called
"partnership" with a national lumber company. |
| Can I use my own plans or have them custom
designed? |

With the BuildMax program you can choose any home plan from any
source you desire. |

OB#1 has about 25 home plans to choose from. Hope you like
one. |

OB#2 has about 40 home plans to choose from. That's better. |

OB#3 suggests you buy from their "approved designers" |
| Do you offer consulting services/ financing
only? |

BuildMax gives you full control over your own homebuilding
project. We do not hide our fees or try to get you to buy
something you do not want.
BuildMax offers the lowest consulting fees in America for
owner-builder programs.
With BuildMax you will know exactly what our fee is on your
first phone call. |
